Things have been kind of stagnant lately in blogsville for me. I’ve been super busy, almost too busy.
Attending Photoshop World in Vegas two weeks ago was awesome! I met some really great people and was introduced to some terrific vendors. I even had the opportunity to chat with none other than Scott Kelby himself! We discussed my Canon vs. Nikon issues and I will post my findings here soon. In the meantime for my fellow photographers I have some great resources to check out. I definitely recommend picking up your copy of Kelby’s new Light it, Shoot it, Retouch It that hit book shelves this month.
Light it, Shoot it, Retouch It
First off, Artsy Couture. They manufacture these amazing stand outs that stack up and create unique one of a kind art displays for your clients. Some of the examples they had at the show included birth announcements for newborns, wedding collages for couples, and photo montages for high school seniors. Very cool stuff, and the quality was top notch. Definitely stop by their site to take a peek:
Next I stopped by the Authentech booth and talked with Rafael Soltero
for a product called Perfectly Clear, which is a Photoshop plug-in software. I think it’s a great product for amateur photographers or photoshop users who haven’t quite mastered technique yet but are still looking for impressive results. The software offers 12 different photo corrections like noise reduction, perfect exposure, and skin tone adjustments. It is sure to cut down your workflow time and offer simple fixes to some of your photographic challenges.
Some of the other great vendors at the show were Westcott lighting specialist, the renowned B&H camera, PhotoshopCafe training videos, and a really cool company called Image Wizards with their product, AluminArte. Be sure to check out all these great resources!
Hello Aimee, please come and visit again our booth, Athentech Imaging. Did you try our software. See you soon. Rafael
Hi Rafael! I’ll definitely stop by to see you :)
